Cornell Council for the Arts

In spring of 2020 we engaged with Cornell Council for the Arts to help revamp their aging website. Their online presence needed to better showcase all the incredible and talented student artists on campus, be easy to edit, promote future events, as well as preserve all their old artist assets from the past 10 years. We began with a general content review and re-organization of the key sections of the site, to make it faster and easier to access key content. We then developed a small set of icons and a bold color palette, to code the key content sections of the site. Our final solution was a new Wordpress theme installed on their host server that was modern, fast and efficient, and reflected the spirit of the Council. With a few hours of tutorials, we set them off and running to better promote and catalog all the events and shows happening on the Cornell campus.
