
Challenge Industries came to us with a non-profit branding ‘challenge’: Their name and identity no longer reflected the breadth and scope of the tremendous services and programs they offer for those facing barriers to employment in Central New York. Challenge had outgrown their brand and identity, and had also implemented a new social enterprise spirit within their business – they would create sub-companies that could become revenue centers to help support their core services. Our suggestion was to re-shape their aging identity and name to reflect their new direction. Hence, ‘Challenge Workforce Solutions’ was born, and along with it came a new logo, identity, website, annual report, capital campaign materials, collateral materials, style guide, vehicles, and much more.
